Third-Party Gift Cards

Williamsburg Massage & Lymphatic Therapy accepts Purity Spa & Wellness Gift Certificates as a convenience to clients. Redemption of third-party gift cards is subject to a 5% administrative fee, applied to the total service cost.
This fee does not apply to gift cards purchased directly through Williamsburg Massage & Lymphatic Therapy.
We encourage clients to purchase Williamsburg Massage & Lymphatic Therapy gift certificates directly for full value and ease of use.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Appointments are reserved specifically for you. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or reschedule.
Cancellations or reschedule made less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), may be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows are subject to the full service fee.
Gift cards, packages, and promotional sessions are subject to the same cancellation policy. Administrative fees are non-refundable.
Gift Card Expirations

Gift cards purchased through Williamsburg Massage & Lymphatic Therapy are valid for five (5) years from the original purchase date and may be redeemed for services only. Gift cards have no cash value and are non-refundable.
As a convenience to our clients, Williamsburg Massage & Lymphatic Therapy currently accepts gift certificates issued by Purity Spa & Wellness. When redeeming third-party gift certificates, a 5 % administrative fee will be applied to the total cost of service to cover processing and administrative handling.
Administrative fees are non-refundable and cannot be applied toward gratuities.
We encourage clients to purchase Williamsburg Massage & Lymphatic Therapy gift certificates directly for full value and ease of use.
How to Cancel or reschedule.

Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments online through the Vagaro App when changes are made more than 24 hours’ prior to the scheduled appointment time.
If canceling or rescheduling within the 24 hours, clients must call Williamsburg Massage & Lymphatic Therapy directly at 757-504-2113. If you do not reach someone, you must leave a voicemail. Missed calls without a voicemail will not be recognized as a cancellation, as we will not know you are requesting to cancel or reschedule.
Refund Policy
All services provided by Williamsburg Massage & Lymphatic Therapy are non-refundable once rendered.
Gift Cards, packages, and promotional services are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Gift Cards purchased directly through Williamsburg Massage & Lymphatic Therapy expire five (5) years from the original purchase date.
Missed appointments, late cancellations and no-shows are not eligible for refunds and are subject to the cancellation policy on file.
Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction related to personal preference, response to treatment, or expected outcomes, as individual results may vary.
By booking an appointment or purchasing a service or gift card, clients acknowledge and agree to all policies listed on this page.
